We all would like to live healthy, right? Some of us are doing it right now, while some are planning on starting tomorrow or first thing Monday morning, or how about next month, year, etc.

I’m here to help you get on the “right now” track and stay there until together we see amazing results.

My journey to healthy living started like so many other women. I became a mother and with my little bundle of joy also came the 80 pounds I gained during my pregnancy. I was 23 about to turn 24, a new mother and wife and the biggest I had ever been in my life. Back then my definition of healthy living was being SKINNY! I worked out way too much, didn’t eat at all (instead of just eating healthy) and did everything wrong, but hey it worked! I lost the weight plus some extra, and in a year time I was in the 120s, yet I didn’t feel healthy.

Fast forward four years and I became pregnant again, however this time, things were different. I wanted to be healthy instead of skinny and started reading up on different ways to stay healthy during my pregnancy. I began to practice yoga and eat healthier (fewer carbs/more veggies and fruit) cut out soda and drank more water and instantly felt the effects. Ultimately, I gained 50 pounds with that pregnancy, and the weight gradually came off within a year with merely eating right and doing more and more cardio (I ran 3-5 miles about 3 or 4 times a week). More than just losing the weight though, I started to become passionate about living a healthy well-balanced life. It felt amazing to me, and by the time my third and latest pregnancy came around, I gained 40 pounds and felt much more robust even though I was almost ten years older from my first pregnancy.

After transforming my own health and seeing rewarding results, I became more and more passionate about the idea of helping other women succeed with their weight loss goals. That’s why I became a certified personal trainer! I want every woman to live their best healthy life and free fabulous while doing it. If there is anything you take from my story today, it’s that ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE! All you have to do is what it and be willing to do the work.
